Lanterns being made indoors and lots of other arty stuff happening outside.
We made lanterns last year for the Sharrow lantern Carnival, and had such a good time, that we decided to repeat the activity this year. The YAFA community room was a great space for everyone to work on a couple of huge lanterns that will be at the Carnival next month.

A lively bunch of kids and a large group of volunteers worked well together with Matt and Cecilia from the lantern carnival project and a good time was had by all. Other activities included juggling, poi spinning, painting, collage making, drawing, chalking on the pavement.

Thanks to YAFA Charity Organisation for the use of their room, and we hope they managed to get their chairs back in the right places eventually!
