On Sunday the 15th of October Art in the Park arrived at the Ponderosa for a special 'drawing superheroes' event in association with 'The Big Draw'. Joining us was none other than the web-slinging super-star Spiderman who allowed us a unique opportunity to draw him whilst he posed, meaning that we were able to practise getting proportions just right with the fantastic help of Adele. It was excellent to be able to draw from life such a larger than life character and we all benefited from Adele's top tips. Special thanks to Spidey for taking a break from crime-fighting to add a splash of colour to our event. As Spider-man scaled the climbing boulder, the Ponderosa was abuzz with sketching, chalking, painting, juggling and diabolo-spinning. All in all, a marvellous day.
